Delivery terms
SIA "Ziedu bāze Florex" (hereafter referred as Wholesaler) provides delivery in the borders of Riga and it`s neighbourhood small towns.
Delivery time in the borders of Riga is approximately 2 hours, in it`s neighbourhood small towns - 3-4 hours. Delivery time is counted from the period, when agreement has come in charge, it is, when the payment is received (see the regulation agreement`s p. 1.2 on the Wholesaler internet store webpage www.florexshop.lv).
Flower delivery prices (approximate):
Riga centre - 3 EUR
Riga`s borders (neighbourhoods) - 5 EUR
Jurmala - 10 EUR
Price for delivery orders in the neighbourhoods of Riga is calculated automatically, when costumer has made delivery and wrote down delivery address. Please call us on our number +37120121227 to contact our Wholesaler representatives and discuss delivery options in other towns around Riga.
For orders over 70 EUR in the neighbourhood of Riga delivery is for free.
Costumer most pay cost of the order once again, if the recipient is not present at the delivery address and the delivery adress must be changed or recipient is delaying the time of order delivery longer than 30 minutes. If the address of delivery has to be transferred to any other address, that is further from primary address for more that 10 kilometres, Wholesaler have a right to reject delivery order or to set up additional delivery price.
Delivery time is approximate and can change due to certain conditions, that is, heavy traffic, weather conditions, and the workload of florists.
If You want to make a delivery order on holidays, for example, on February 14th, March 8th or on Mother`s Day, as well as for some popular name days, please, do it in advance of 2 days. Delivery order times on these dates can differ from those that expressed above.
Wholesaler do not take responsibility for delayed delivery time if delivery address was stated incorrectly or unclearly.
